Volunteer Recruitment and Recognition Party

On Wednesday, September 14th from 5-6 pm at the Bellingham Public Library, we will be hosting our Volunteer Recruitment and Recognition Party.  Interested in becoming a volunteer tutor? We will do a short presentation on the wonderful programs offered by the Whatcom Literacy Council, and staff will be on hand to answer questions and schedule interviews.  Current volunteers are encouraged to attend so we can say THANK YOU with cake and punch, and also so you can share YOUR stories with prospective volunteers.
