Trivia Bee 2018: A Roaring Success!

Thank you all for making this year’s Trivia Bee a roaring success!!

This year’s Trivia Bee & Silent Auction was the funnest ever.  Scotty VanDryver of KAFE radio and Ken Jennings of Jeopardy! fame brought their dry humor to the stage as they co-hosted the event.  32 teams competed for the traveling “Totten Trophy” (named after the first executive director Wilma Totten.)  The silent auction looked great, and all of the wine in the Wine Grab was bought early on.

We would like to extend our congratulations to the winners:

Second Place: Village Books “The Village Idiots.”
Third Place:  Unity Care “We Thought This Was Speed Dating.”

This year we exceeded our goal of $30,000, proceeds which will go directly to our free adult literacy programs here in Whatcom County.  Thank you for your support!
